Buyers we supply
We switched our entire traditional range to Loomhouse two seasons ago. The reorder consistency is what sold us — a Bhadohi Classic ordered in March matches the one we bought in October.
The CAD layouts and woven sample headers meant we could get client sign-off before anything went on the loom. That alone saved us three weeks on a 140-room refurbishment.
An MOQ of four pieces on hand-knotted work is genuinely unusual. It lets me specify a bespoke carpet for a single residential project without carrying dead stock.
Freight was the thing I was most worried about importing from India. Three container loads in and every one has cleared Rotterdam without a documentation issue.
They talked us out of viscose for a restaurant floor and put us into wool instead, at a lower margin for them. That is the reason we still buy from them four years on.
